	YES! Count us in for this year’s United Way DAY OF CARING! Please contact us in regards to our participation.

	YES! Count on us to run a United Way Student Campaign to be completed by November 30, 2008. Please contact us in regards to our participation.

	YES! After our campaign is complete we would like to send two students to participate in the United Way Student Fund Distribution Process. Please contact us in regards to our participation.

	We would like United Way assistance arranging an agency speaker to make a presentation or provide information to the students at our school.

	We would like United Way assistance organizing a student fundraiser.

	If we run a student campaign, we would like two of our students to participate in the allocation process in April 2009.

	Sorry, we cannot participate this year.
